Having lived and worked in the Coombe Hill area for many years Maha has an intimate knowledge of the local property market. With impressive linguistic skills, Maha is an experienced negotiator with an unequalled base of local and international clients.
 
Another local resident, Dorothea gained her first experience at a local agency in Kew, after a successful career in the city and within corporate America. Having also lived in Singapore she fully understands the demands of the global diversity of the New Malden/ Coombe buyers and sellers alike and integrates between different cultures with ease and flair. Seizing the opportunity to be a member of Palladian’s flagship team, Dorothea was promoted to Sales Manager in spring 2006.
 
Working in property for seven years, Alison has been a successful negotiator selling properties ranging from 350k – several millions in the local area. Having worked with Dorothea in the past, Alison was welcomed to Palladian in the autumn of 2005 and has now also become a resident of New Malden.
 
Having recently graduated in English, Kathryn comes to Palladian armed with impressive communication skills. She thrives on the interaction with people which is essential to her role at Palladian. This, combined with her local knowledge, makes Kathryn a valuable addition to the Palladian team, as demonstrated when she agreed her first sale on only her sixth day with the company.
 
After working for St George Developments for five years, Ingrid took a sabbatical before starting at Palladian summer 2005. With extensive experience in the service industry and having lived in Richmond for 16 years, Ingrid’s expertise is essential in her role as sales support.
 
Having graduated in 2005, Tara immediately joined Palladian to explore her interest in the property industry. With her excellent computer skills Tara is already an invaluable member of the Palladian sales team and is working hard towards becoming a negotiator herself.
